Ingredients:
-1 teaspoon of green tea
-1 teaspoon of dried chamomile flowers
-1 teaspoon of dried lavender flowers
-1 teaspoon of dried peppermint leaves
Optional - 1 teaspoon of honey or lavender flower for sweetening
Instructions:
1. Begin by gathering your ingredients and setting the intention for this spell. This is a good time to take a few deep breaths and focus on what it is you want to achieve with this spell.
2. Place the green tea, chamomile flowers, lavender flowers, and peppermint leaves into a tea strainer.
