Lesson 3: Energy Work

Lessons of 13 Moons This month we will be focusing on the three main types of energy work: grounding, shielding, and centering. Energy work is one of the most critical components of performing magick successfully. Without proper energy work, your spells can be less effective. Energy work focuses on understanding how energy moves within you and projecting that movement outwards for a specific purpose. Reminder: each lesson is meant to be explored for a month at a time. Experience comes with practice. Be sure to pace yourself through the lessons of the course of several days and practice over the course of a couple weeks.
